- If you do not see a county Leader listed below, consider volunteering for your area! Being A County Leader involves the following:
- Organizing activities in your area and than adding them to the calendar.
- Assigning Positions (to the left) to individuals to assist you in the task above.
- Brainstorming with other County Leaders to come up with CFL
ALL-COUNTY Activities. - Submit and maintain (periodically check function) of the links on your County Links page.
- Adds Calendar activities to your County’s Forum for planning and discussion.

County Leader: develops below positions for their county, communicates with activities coordinators to prevent overlapping of activities. Submits Activities suggested by members to the proper Activity Coordinator. Maintains Calendar and Links for their county.Adds Calendar Activities to thier County’s Forum.
Secretary: assists county leader as needed. Takes meeting notes
Event Submission: all members are encouraged to submit suggested activities to your county's Leader.
Day Activities Coordinator: plans equine related day trips events such as trails, obstacle courses, parades, participation in shows, etc. through communication with members through region forum and submits activities to County Leader for calendar entry.
Overnight Activities Coordinator: plans overnight riding trips such as camp-outs, bed and breakfast, trips to Ireland, etc. Through communication with members through region forum and submits activities to County Leader for calendar entry.
Casual Get-Together Activities Coordinator: plans casual get-together's (country fairs, group observational attendance of shows, year end party etc – does not have to be exclusively equine.) through communication with members through region forum and submits activities to County Leader for calendar entry.
Treasurer: maintains member dues and Trail Rider subscriptions CURRENTLY WE DO NOT HAVE A MEMBER DUES
